Position: Founder's Office Intern @ ASACO PRIVATE LIMITED

Location: Hyderabad (Adibatla)

Duration: 6 Months (Paid Internship)

Reporting To: Founder / Managing Director

Role Purpose

The intern will act as an extension of the Founder's bandwidth by owning end-to-end execution of assigned projects, coordinating cross-functional follow-ups, and progressively taking ownership of recurring responsibilities from the Founder during the internship.

Conversion Opportunity

This internship offers a performance-based pathway to a full-time Founder's Office role. A conversion discussion will be held around the fourth month to provide clarity regarding future opportunities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Final-year engineering students or recent graduates from reputed Tier-II/Tier-III engineering colleges such as CBIT, CMR Technical Campus, VNR VJIET, Jabalpur Engineering College, and similar institutions.
• Candidates with demonstrated leadership experience in college through:
• Student Council
• Technical/Cultural Clubs
• Fest Organizing Committees
• Hackathons
• Event Management
• Sponsorships, Operations, Hospitality, or similar responsibilities involving real ownership and team management.

Key Qualities We Are Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think clearly, take ownership, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and execute independently.
• Confidence to interact across all levels—from shop-floor operators to senior leadership and external partners.
• High initiative, learning agility, and problem-solving mindset.
